As far as I have checked, the trainer still works fine after the patch.
Meaning all options are ok, except for 'no ill effects'. That one only hides the bar, but you still accumulate status ailments.

Can confirm this, everything I use (health, stam, fp, loot find) works except the non-functional status patch.

Curse Ailment.
I always die from cursed if I stay in the curse mist from big-eyed lizard.

Whenever I try to start the trainer it says "Trainer Can Not Find Game" and on the actual trainer it says "Game Not Found" I'm really new to trainers, and i've not had this issue before. I purchased the game from greenmangaming, and am playing it through Steam, I have it set to offline, I've turned off my antivirus, and I try to start the trainer in the game's main menu like the instructions say. Does anyone know what my issue is and how to fix it?

does anyone know if saves are shareable? I would need you to send me the save game and tell me where it goes, etc. to look into this. the option seems to work fine here
