My lifetime account "Shephi" is now listed as inactive.
I cannot use any trainer neither joining here so I created a free account.
I already send four emails at email@example.com .
I don't know if He/she received my mail or not. (Maybe high traffic)
At april.03.2016 I could log in.
one day later not.
I try it with several browser: Edge, Firefox, internet explorer.
Of course I cleared the cage.
I try it at another pc with the same result.
Please ix it !!.

I will not ask you to post publically but if you know (or think) why you were banned, do not attempt to hide it in the e-mail. Administrators have the final approval for account bans and have already have all the finer details behind the action. It is extremely rare for an account ban to be an error nor is the action taken lightly.
Be polite and courteous in your e-mail and do not send in multiple e-mails per day. Understand that getting an account unbanned is an uphill battle and often won't be considered. Admins are busy with site operations and trainers and those come first.
If you receive your explanation, think hard on it and the site rules. Know that the rules are followed strictly and interpretations will always go in their favor, not yours. If the explanation is grave and follows through with the site rules, your account is very unlikely to be unbanned.
If you believe it is in error, you will need to prove it with evidence (the notions "I feel" will not work for these requests). The admins will ask for said evidence (and be specific about it) and if you are unable to provide them, your account is very unlikely to be unbanned.
Note that it is unlikely to receive a response on the forums. Accounts bans are typically not discussed in public.
