Getting a couple of CTD appcrashes when using the new updated trainer,

I launch 2k16, wait for the main menu. hit F1 and It activates fine, i then setup a basic match and select my two characters.. Let the match load up to the starter bellhit then hit for example option 1 for infinite health, as soon as a strike my opponent the game just locks up then throws a 2K16 has stopped working error

As a note the previous trainers worked fine,
i have NO antivirus installed [windows defender is permakilled in 10 via windows tweaker] and launching both the trainer and title as admin did not help,

I'm assuming it might just be an issue on my end but after some brief troubleshooting [uninstalling, rebooting, re-installing and verifying via steam] it still occurs

LATE EDIT - Conflict with a third party app for my gpu caused the crashes,
disabled and fixed..
post can be deleted if need be

Okay I'm having a weird bug with the latest version of the trainer. When I activate the Stamina cheat, whenever I run towards one of the corner while in a match, my character freezes. No other option freezes my character. This did not occur with the first version.

I'm on windows 8.1, I always run my trainers in Administrator mode. I have tried with my security suite on ( ESET Smart Security, which has almost never given me any trouble with Cheat Happens trainers) and with my security suite off.

It work like charm, only thing is during a match in my career, in team 1 (health, stamina, special, finisher) is not working, but toggle player team to team 2 (AI) is working.

Not a problem with the trainer itself per see but I do have the following problem: regardless of which trainer I download and run it opens the Stardew Valley trainer. I don't know what is causing it, I tried downloading multiple times to no solution at all

delete everything in the windows temp folder. right click run as admin on trainer. disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software.

The Trainer worked for the NXT Title League no problem in My Career Mode.
As I progressed to the US Title League it worked for about 6-7 matches...
It stopped after; activating the Health and Stamina prevents accruing and doesn't max the indicator levels like before.
Easy kills, Instant Special, and Unlimited Finishers don't work at all even though you hear the "activated" notification.

I second that, also to add, for me the trainer never worked properly from the start and what i mean by that is:
same issues with health, stamina, easy kills, instant specials and unlimited finishers, but i found that if i press num9 (switch teams option) they seem to work fine, as long as they are activated, for my opponent.
