I need some help with how this option works

How exactly does it work with the game. I'm trying a couple of things to make it so npcs can't see me. But i'm not sure this option works like that.

I am playing on the latest version of the game from Epic store, and have downloaded the compatible trainer. I launch the trainer prior to the game loading, load game. Load my save. Try activating the trainer, and then the game crashes. I have even staggered my load order and tried activating the trainer prior to loading the save (on main menu). Any thoughts on this?

I have the latest version of .NET Core and Framework.

Try on a fresh game / new game. Maybe its something save related

The game also crashes here after the last update

Game also crashing upon activation with previous save , new save , and new game.
I've used the previous verison with the "one hit kill" bug and it is working fine..aside from that option alone.

Same here. Just started a playthrough after downloading the game for the first time since release and the game crashes if I hit F1 at main menu or once in game.

Fixed trainer is in posting queue

Thanks, I look forward to the trainer update and having some fun with the trainer on this 2nd play through to try things I did not do before or was not able to.
