"Change Quantity of Dropped item" tryed it with several items. no changes.

I don't seem to have the problem others are having.

If you use the unlimited Items cheat, you need to take into account weight as you will become over encumbered if you have too much. Simply turn it off and then drop your excess items and let the "peasants" pick them up.

For the Change Quantity of Dropped Items, I found that if you don't drop all you Groschen and use around 5000 you will get about 500.0 on pickup. First Drop the item, use the hot key, and then pick it up. Just don't drop the money around people, because they might pick it up quick.
