it seems infinite health doesn't work for me either
it's turned on but i still get injured, bleeding in battle
and can die

other options that i tried are working

with all due respect his answer isn't really an answer

when i use the trainer and there's an unlimited health option
then well, i expect not to die during combat

so if bleeding overwrites the unlimited health
then at the least i would expect you to inform us of that
and would hope that you will find some kind of a solution for this issue

This game has a huge amount of stat values, bonus values and whatnot that influence one's character.

Please don't expect us to play a game as long as it takes to figure out that there might be some changes needed (or even possible) in a once designed option.

i don't want to play the blame game here, it's useless

combat and bleeding is pretty basic and you don't have to play long to test it
that being said instead of trying to convince me that it's not your fault that the trainer isn't behaving as expected (and i wasn't even blaming you)
you could simply ask for a save game to test the health option in combat

i see 3 reports have already been opened, i guess at least one of them is related and sent a save game, if not then all you have to do is ask

Well if it's pretty basic, then you will be able to use CoSMOS and do a script for it yourself.

is there anyway to Respec your perkpoint?

Does anyone know why the trainer won't seem to open for me? I mean, I'll double click to open it as per usual and it'll have the cheat happens Customized for: Aeterna85, but nothing happens after that disappears.

I've even turned off my antivirus in case that was creating a conflict.
