Running 1.22 steam version(via admin)
no antivirus or anything
no other programs open
load existing game(made in 1.22)
trailer finds game but fails when trying to capture player
load brand new game
trainer is able to capture player

zip file of save file is attached

i was not long into this play-through so i wont mind starting over but i hope that it was just that one time and it wont be the case next time i boot up the game and try to play and get the same error again

anyway just wanted to let you guys know about what might be a possible issue

Is this save file from an older game version prior to the update to v1.22 or was your game already updated?

This trainer works pretty well with the current steam version of the game. However, within the game leveling is not as important as training skills. Each level gives the player 6 "Learning Points" that you have to spend along with money at an npc. The "add level" function of the balrum trainer increases the level value but does not give the character 6 LP. the "add experience" function increases the apparent experience in the character sheet but doesn't actually get you any closer to leveling.

It would be better if there was an "add LP" function that just added 10 LP to the character.
