I just bought GTA V recently and downloaded the trainer. The hotkeys for the ghost bits are rather annoying since I use the arrow keys and enter to navigate menues and as such I trigger it all the time. If I click the hotkey, mouseover it or anything I can't change it. I don't intend to use the ghost feature so I am considering simply changing it to something like shift+up and something like that to not annoy me since I can't disable those bits of the trainer... or can i??

How do i change the hotkeys for the trainer when the pulldown feature isn't working?

You can change the keys from within the trainer. I just tested it and it works fine. You can't use shift+ keys they have to be single keys.

Not sure what I do wrong, but I can't change them. Nothing happens if I click on the hotkeys with my mouse.

Click on the down arrow hotkey next to the option name. A new window comes up. Click the hotkey dropdown again. It will says "Select Key". Press the key you want to assign. It will says "Activated" and return you to the trainer screen.
