Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I currently set my Timezone as GMT+7 but in that setting page the time displayed is late by 6 hours and 3 minutes.
Also when setting the time format as 24 hour, it doesn't display the seconds while setting it to 12 hour it displays the seconds.

Also, when I posted this message my clock shows at 15:11 but in listing, it shows as 2:00

Another update, setting the time format only updates the corresponding setting page, it doesn't update the forum time format at least
