I see the whole complete collection is on sale for like 30 something bucks now... Seeing as how most people say the trainer still works - REALLY want to get the game now that its going for much much less (normally 130 for all the DLC + game?)

So is this trainer obsolete? I tried starting with just adding supplies or an engineer or scientist and no go. It gives me the normal "trainer activated" and I am not getting any errors it just doesnt seem to work at all anymore. I have passed all the tutorial stuff and am playing the regular part of the game I believe. Anyone have any ideas? Also yes I have saved a couple times - this is over the course of about a weeks worth of trying.

Are you playing XCOM 2 or War of the Chosen which is a separate trainer? Tested the XCOM 2 trainer and everything worked just fine. Perhaps you skipped the capture buttons before trying to add stuff.

The trainer option "Add 99 Elerium Cores" didnt work for me too, the other options working fine.

Looks like some game update make the console command "AddItem" not working anymore.

But if you have at least 1 core, you can type "GiveResource EleriumCore X" (without the quotes; X = amount you want to get) manually into the console. To open the console press the "Tilde" key, below Escape, to enable the console, look trainer instructions.

Someone is requesting EPIC version of this. It's super highly likely that the trainer already works for that. Is it possible someone can test and let us know so we don't have to buy another copy of this super old game?

Hi Cal.

I been trying up and down to get this to work and following the readme to the dot. However I must report back that the trainer seems to not see the game at all. It activates and options says activated and all that, but does nothing to the game.

Also was unable to find a way to get the console to work on this game on epic so those options I was not able to test. I however presume they would share the same faith
