Torment: Tides of Numenera Message Board  

Everything mostly works, but there are a few issues that need worked out. The money option initially says successful when it is pressed for first time, but there is no change when it is pressed again. It says activated, but there is no change in money. The heal cheat doesn't work during combat, and stat pools also drop during combat and almost every scene change. Still it makes the game loads of fun to play. Added my most recent save for your perusing.

I have a question : Do you think that it is possible to decrease the level of the player ? Because when we upgrade we have only some choices. So if we decrease the level to level 1 we boost xp and we upgrade the player with what i don't have unlock yet.

Ok, so there is way to edit stat points during character creation, dunno if it works during normal lvl up, i'm not that far into game yet ;p

You can do it with CoSMOS, dunno if Cosmos works the same.

What you need to do is to search for amount of point SPENT not what's left.

SO you search for 4byte integer value counting how many stat points you have used, when you end with one or two adresses you can then reset number of points that have been spendt to 0 and then use them again.

Note that during creation, stats are heavily restricted as you can get around 6/6 6/6 7/7 for Neo or whatever it is called.

Using same process by counting how many points you have used already you can find how many points you used for example for strength. Then change that amount for dunno, for example 20, and add one point to one of the other stats. It will change your strenght way beyond limits.

Not sure You can do that.
I found a way to edit main stats during character creation or lvl up.
I tried to do that same way with abilities and i failed.
I can find numbers and reset points and take all available abilities but then, after lvl up there are only two of them, and im not sure those are picked at random then.

Need to dig deeper into it, but as full release is near, like in 2 more weeks. I will wait until then.
