Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.

Bummer. I keep having issues with this trainer. During game play, it will crash to desktop and give an error about display driver issues. Then it will go to BSOD and Win10 says "stop code: BAD_POOL_CALLER" and then restarts. Funny thing is the game will run just fine with trainer activated for like 30 to 45 minutes and then boom. I followed the steps on Page 33 of this board with no luck, and reported the trainer needs to be updated. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!

Thanks for all your hard work guys!

If the trainer is running fine for 30 - 45mins and your system is crashing with BAD_POOL_CALLER. This can be caused by one of the several or all together. Driver issue, Overclocking issue and or memory access where data it is looking for is not there or it can not be released!

I've used the trainer now for 25 minutes waiting to see if something I did while playing crashes the game. It doesn't. All options worked. I am going to need

    1) specific, repeatable thing that crashes game
    2) otherwise, you can chalk up these wierd random crashes to something else in the game (i.e. graphics/driver/whatever updates that are crashing some people's systems)

People are reporting lag and problems with certain graphics cards.. who knows what they added for effects on the DLC.

It may be that some people need the newest drivers installed.

    I have no other suggestions.

    best,
    Cal

Even factory overclocks can cause those blue screen issues occasionally . My comp came with a factory overclock on the CPU and I used to get the occasional bluescreen like that and so I got rid of the factory overclock ( in the bios if I remember correctly ) and , touch wood , my system has been more stable since without any noticable difference performance wise . If you have a good gaming system then chances are , if you already have an overclock , that you don't need it . The payoff stability wise against the tiny performance improvement you might get ( often unnoticable ) is not worth it and is more for pc obsessives who are into a figurative ' manhood measuring ' contest with their systems 😋

The latest trainer is for Steam version 1.0.813..., but the Steam version of Rise of the Tomb Raider has been updated from 1.0.813... to version 1.0.820..., looks like the date is Dec 22, 2018, and DLC dates show as Jan 11, 2019 (the DLC files shouldn't affect trainer) . Steam did a force update to version 1.0.820, and removed version 1.0.813 from the "beta" list, so it's not available anymore.
