Hi,
I downloaded a Company of Heroes trainer - but now switched to a new PC. I can't seem to transfer the file over to the new computer without its authentication being removed. Now it requires a lifetime membership to download again. Seems a bit unfair when I already "own" this trainer.
Any ideas?

If you have a copy of it then you can move it to another PC. Authentication is not tied to a machine. If you wish to download another copy of the trainer then you will need a premium account to do so.

Whatever method I use to move the file , the trainer then comes up as not authenticated. Hence it won't run - can you email me the file?

No, sorry. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click run as admin on trainer. Something on your new PC is blocking it.
