when I try to open my trainer for a game I get a message that I need an off line key to authenticate my trainer for use. I have never gaot a message like this. what should I do.i am connected to the internet when I try to use the trainer.this comes up on all my trainers.any help would be appriciated

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.
