Greetings all - I don't post very often so I'll try to get right to the point.

I've found a mod for Fallout 4 (precision mod) that allows for an easier time when settlement building. The mod calls for the use of AutoHotKey and, while I understand the concept behind AHK, I've never used it before. My question is if the trainer already utilizes certain keys for console commands (e.g. 8 on the numpad for increased carry limit) and the mod has a script that calls for 2, 4, 8 and 6 to use as directional rotation keys, I'm sure there will be a conflict there if both are running at the same time.

I want to keep the trainer running in order to make use of the unlimited city building so is this just a matter of editing the precision mod AHK script to remap any conflicting keys with the mega trainer in order to have both running at the same time? Or perhaps I can remap the trainer's mapping to avoid conflict? I'm assuming it's an either or at this point and am interested if anyone else has run into the issue and what their solution was.

    Thank you!

you can easily remap the trainer hotkeys. run the trainer, find the Hotkeys tab (trainer should start on this tab). Each hotkey is listed next to its corresponding option, you can select the hotkey and change it.

This seems unnecessary for you though, as you have only expressed interest in the use of the Unlimited City Building option. You actually do not need the trainer to run continuously to utilize this option. Simply run the trainer and activate the option in-game, then you can tab-out and close the trainer, the option will continue to work.

Thanks for the reply. I always thought I had to keep the trainer running. I wound up remapping the CH trainer keys and it works out fine. Take care and thank you for a great site!

    Cheers!

Another way round this is to enable the trainer options you want then press Ctrl+H which disables the keyboard inputs to the trainer while keeping the active trainer options running.
