Hit I and it shows you in the top right. RC are the rift crystals and GC is the gold count (I think it said GC). Either way, they both are displayed on the inventory screen.

If you know how to do the most basic 4-byte search in CoSMOS you can easily mod your money and rift crystals.

I looked over all of my hard drive, appdata, and even the steam userdata just incase, and can't find anywhere that saves are stored for this. Unless it's stored in a strange way, I have no ideas or I would try and help.

Not needed anymore, somebody has sent me his savegame and I figured out how to decrypt. I'll start working on the savegame editor when I'm back at home.
