I found the solution, the game seves itself in more than 1 locations and somehow the save files I had in one laction were not in the location where the game was looking for them when trying to load a game. After I copied a save file into the new found folder it worked without problems.

I'm writing this here because ppl here seem to understand pretty much about computers and Sims 3. I tried already everything I found on google and it didn't help so I'm asking the pros here. The game just decided to not detect my save files, I still have them and they aren't labeled ".bad" but the game just can't see them. Does anyone have an idea what I could do to force the game to see it's own save files again?
My already created Sims are also undetectable to the game even though the files are still inside the folder.

I'm thankful for any help.
