Equipped items in inventory not visible

    I've recently run into a bug in which my equipped items are not showing in my inventory. If I try to equip any new item in the consumables slots it shows the icon in my steel sword slot for some reason, and every other slot is showing as being empty.

    My equipment is still there and still works, but it makes it hard to equip runes and glyphs.

    Has anyone else run into this? I'm not sure if it is related to the trainer or not.

    It's from playing Gwent and using the F-11 option. Press F-11 again, it will say deactivated. Then refresh the page, the items will show again.
