I have just got this game and started using the trainer. even thou I hear activated when pushing F1 at main menu and still hear activated for the options the only one that works is the timer nothing happens for the rest.

Yes it seems the Trainer is Outdated.
You can report it,how more reports of the outdated trainer they get the more chance they will update it.
