When you leave you must use: coc ufocrashsite01.
Apparently this is the only location that works when you decide to leave.

does anybody know if there is anyway to Reset the dev room ? to restock the boxes there for example ?
Open the console while the box in question is where you can see it. Click on the box you want to restock, type "resetinventory" without the quotes and press enter. Works every time for me.

You can also type coc sanctuaryext to get back to sanctuary.
