Well, I found Shaun, but now I'm conflicted.
Spoiler:
I was really looking forward to helping my Brotherhood of Steel comrades take down the Institute, but then I found out that my son Shaun is not just in the Institute, he -is- the Institute. He's their leader. I'm torn between the two options, I want to remain true to both but I can't.
What are others doing at this point? I'm curious.

Unfortunately you can only choose one faction either insitiute or brotherhood if you go for institute then brotherhood will be your enemy same if you were in the brotherhood.
I joined institute liked the storyline.
Did try brotherhood but found institute more interesting in my opinion
