@7Persona - So sounds like it's working online as well. I only played it Offline as I believe Caliber intended it and it worked fine for me.
If this might help anybody, here's is a repost of Caliber's instructions for the option:
"regarding MATERIALS OPTION:
Some items you might have to already have ONE of them to begin with, such as Fuel.
At any rate, the best way to get this to work (or the way I created the trainer) is/was this:
Go to the blueprints where you are supposed to unlock the weapons. Highlight one of the weapons. Note the amount of materials required to make it (for instance, some of the high powered Bazookas need Metal and Biological materials). Now toggle the option on and move over the blueprints again and notice that the value has gone up to 20000 for those materials. Toggle the option back off. You now how 20000 of the materials.
I am not sure if the option works in other locations or whatever. Tests working here fine using the latest trainer."
Yeah I read that and tried it offline and online, same thing, no difference.
I have no idea what the cause could be at this point.
First off. Don't worry CH, not asking you to fix this.
I'm just happy the updated trainer works in general.
Just posting here to see if any other CH members knows a way around it. As of this update, we were given tons of Grade 7~8 equipments. But sadly, it seems that it doesn't even show up if you're offline.
Being online, and tried to develop it with the two develop related option from the trainer result in "Error in connection / Failed to fetch data" issue, making it unable to craft / develop any new items.
So just curious if anyone got a way around that pesky thing Konami is setting up.
These items are attached to your online account basically, they develope in real-time, so it's server-sided, nothing wrong with the trainer and nothing they can do about it. But, as they are developed in real-time they continue developing while you are offline, but once developed you can use the items offline. I found that the unlock option allows you to start developement on some (very few) of the items working for me on the ML-2000 Rank 8 tranqulizer rifle, the M114 (or whatever it's called) pistol and the tranqulizer pistol.
All other items gives the "error in connection" message.
As for the Fast developement option, i haven't been able to get it to work on anything since the latest patch, but that's fine, developement time isn't too long for it to be a bother.
