No matter what I do I get the "invalid trainer user" error any ideas?

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click run as admin on trainer. Plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If been using VPN software such as spotflux a complete windows reinstall might be necessary. Clear all system, dns and network caches.
