Just wondering if this has been considered at all? I wouldn't mind getting a trainer for some mobile games (such as fallout shelter) for my android phone. Is it even feasible?

no, sorry. requires rooting/jailbreaking phone and complicated process of making it work. most end users wouldn't want to do it and it take too much time and resources to make the trainers.
