The trainer does not work for option 2 since dlc update, it turns of all production and maintenance for buildings.
can you explain this further? I turn the option on, instantly the energy for the buildings is maximum.. instantly the workforce available to make the building work is not needed.
what exactly are you saying?
if this option works for normal but not DLC, then maybe it's best we remove it.
best,
Cal
I checked the trainer with the new dlc update. Here is what I found out so far:
Option 1:
still works
Option 2:
does not work
Turning on option 2
- instantly removes all factory outputs (sets it to 0%)
- sets all resources to 0 in your stock
- instantly makes your workers angry
- instantly sets all fulfillment of workers' needs to 0
When you turn it off, everything gets back to normal.
Option 3:
does not work (at least not properly)
I started a new game and turning on option 3 had no effect.
Haven't tried the other options yet.
Please do not remove theese options if there is a way to fix them.
Kind regards

this is good feedback.. will check it later this weekend. appreciated
we will probably buy the DLC as well.

Just be careful with your savegames.
I just had a quick test of the new trainer and I fear it is not fully compatible to old savegames.
I think it's because it works a bit differently from the older versions.
The major difference seems to be that option 3 now gives you unlimited resources but alas does not affect the transfer routes, i.e. if you for instance transfer 50 robots from sector a to sector b, you'll get +50 robots in sector b but also -50 robots in sector a
(If I remember correctly the old trainer gave you +50 in sector b while not reducing the amount in sector a)
Another problem I encounterd:
Option 2 seems not to be working 100% on old savegames.
It seems OK in a new game but turning it on using old savegames it still drops output of some factories to 0% (occured on those algae factories)
It also dropped the energy level in one of my sectors (and just one) to - 345.435.234.234 (don't remember the exact value, but it was so long it looked a bit like an IP adress)
So maybe you just want to backup your savegames before trying out the new trainer.
I will do some more testing later.
Kind regards
