You should probably read the sticky topics. Warden does not care what mode you play in. It can be single player, tutorial, sitting in the menus, whatever. As soon as it detects something changing that the game didn't do at any time for any reason, your account gets flagged.
Blizzard is not going to change that policy. From its point of view, those that want to cheat in single player are a niche market and they provide console cheats already for single player. Their multiplayer system and competitive circuit is the majority of their user base and their entire system is built around that. That isn't going to change in the future.
