When the game won't be doing any updates requiring any more work?

Steam has put out over 2,000 releases this year.
C.H. has not added 100 new staff members this year(I am guessing...I dunno, I don't work here).
So.... it would seem that a fair, interest based system needed to be implemented, in order to decided which trainers should be worked on.
Viola, we gamers have the request system.

Even if a game requires zero updates, it still requires someone to make it. So the initial phase falls to the request system. Fill the required credits and the game will be on the docket for consideration.
