I'm sad this game is on hold. The trainer is no longer functional. It shows as a + to per turn income, but it has no effect and the number resets when passing to the next turn. Money never enters the treasury.
As long as the trainer is on hold you might want to try out our gamehacking tool CoSMOS or request a script for it (ask for what you want to cheat in this game). It's worth a look here
