Ohhhhh. Well damn I should have gotten the GOG version. I have the steam version and when I go in the files I don't see a godmode activated true false thing to change.

Are you looking under: /documents/mygames/Soma/Main/Username_user_settings.cfg
This is not in the install directory, this is in your documents folder and everyone should have this.
