hello i am having the same issue. I usually stop bitdefender before use trainer but some minutes ago i clicked on a trainer and shame on me bitdefender (i will never renew this terrible invasive antivirus) stop it.
Now every cheat happens trainer give me the error "cannot create HELP.TXT" also with bit defender deactivated. What i can do to fix this issue?
That's easy to fix:
IF you already have the scan exclusions for the Work folder located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ and the trainer exe file in BD's AV module and you disabled the Advanced Threat Defense module prior to launch and while using our trainers ... and you're still getting this error message?
Ask the Bitdefender support as we have no clue about it.

I'm running into the same problem with Nioh. I disabled the BF Advance Threat Defense, added exclusions to the cheathappens folder and still get the HELP.txt error. Anyone have any other ideas to troubleshoot this?

Try disabling the SAFE FILES module too should the trainer exe file is stored in special location monitored by BD, clear BD's scan history + quarantine completely, the Windows Temp folder and the Work folder -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ , reboot and try again launching the trainer with admin rights.
Other than that, please contact the BD support.
