There's a Mod at Nexus now for the Level 70 problem.
Where's this mod? I can't find it. Really bugging me, started new game+ and can't use half of my old gear cause I'm too low lvl. Stuck at lvl 70 with 12000/-19999999 XP to lvl 71.

It's Uncapped Level by Bonadeo. Dirtbike Rules as I haven't tried it yet. Sapphire told me about it yesterday. Bonadeo says for the 1.10 version of NG+. Probably worth a shot even if not NG+.
