Looks like the trainer is retired so if you can't get it to work...
That being said, I have seen a post or two somewhere here on the forum, telling of how Win10 seems to flag some trainers as malicious and not letting them run. There is of course a work around. What you needed to do to add an exception to W10 for the trainer was listed there. You can search the forums to try to find it, maybe that will help. Sorry I don't remember where I saw it.
