Hello I have noticed a sync issue with patch 1.07 (GOG)for PC and I dont know how to fix it. The pro

I agree with Bear, your GPU is slightly less than Steam lists as minimum. The problem only started after the 1.07 patch? I think some people had it prior to the patch so reinstalling might work or might not. Or it might start again later.

Tweaking your settings are the best bet. If it's still bad and unplayable to you then, maybe reinstall at that point. Upgrading your video card would be another option.
