Yes, click the executable named: executiveassault.exe (Steam Library -> Executive Assault (right-click) -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files...).
This is the beta 32 bit version (file: 5.4.1.60163), tested on Windows 7.
The final version (file: 5.6.0.31247 or in-game 1.200.16) named: executiveassault64.exe is The 64 bit we need trained!
Erratum: Tested on Windows 7 64 bit.

clicking that file results in the 64 bit .exe running. you apparently cannot run the 32 bit no matter what?
It would save a lot of time if I was able to.
