So I downloaded a trainer for Deus Ex: HR, and the first thing that happened when I doubled on it was a immediate warning from my virus manager. Usual crap for running program modifying software but no, this was a worm. Honestly, I don't know the difference beyond the damage they cause but I know a worm is bad. Have you checked the integrity of the DEHR file lately? Just checking... Maybe was an error but, I'm not DL'ing again until that's sorted.

It always been a false positive since the first time I've downloaded trainers from CH

Compared with other sources, Cheat Happens is the only reliable place to download harmless trainers

Edit: You might want to verify your anti-virus or better...make an exception for the trainer.

I have had a few of the older trainers not be allowed to be open'd and quarantined by anti virus programs no matter what i did, until i installed older version of net framework it had no beef with it.

Because of the trainer searching for the old version or some reason it freaked out, and with the newer games had Bitdefender be all up in arms about the assassins creed trainer and sleeping dogs as well.

There will be false positives and there have always been those shady sites where you should take the AV programs advice, this site is not one of those sites they are false positives.

I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.

Like everybody else has said, it's false positives, the trainers modify games and some methods that it is done by AV's don't like and it reports it as bad, I scan every file I download with over 12 AV's, even CH trainers(it's habit) they are clean don't worry about it

Like the others said, trainers here are clean. When in doubt, check it through sites like 'virus total'. And pay attention to what antivirus programs like Bitdefender and Kaspersky show in the results (in case you don't have them already). They usually show less false-positives in their scanning. Then 'whitelist' the trainer if you AV says it's a malware.
