Possibly trainer broken as well. This patch is probably in response to money cheating in Single Player, so they can push their dumb ass shark cards.

The trainer isn't a problem. The vast amounts of money had an influence on the stock market. That is completely disabled now for MP.
Online doesn't start anymore if you have mods installed, just take the filed out when you start online.

The hackers took over. Online is basically unplayable. 5 hackers on every server, spawning money and cars to a point where it breaks the server.

Yeah noticed that too, I despise online cheaters they ruined many good titles for me.

It's far beyond ruining the game experience. These guys literally break the servers.
