    I assume all exe files being released based on region will not be equal.... I would be nice to get the unencrypted exe file in 3 hours here in the States instead of waiting 9 hours.

    Yes, that was the case for Witcher 3 as well... I ended up getting the exe files from EU over torrent sites, but I bought a copy legally.

    I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.
