should I tell her? She's always wearing creepily revealing clothes in public but acts like its normal. I don't know if I should leave it alone or let her know.

Depends if you're catching feelings. But then again, it's not really your place to call her out.. I'm sure you could discuss it with her if it bothers you though, but I don't think you should tell her that she dresses sub-par. haha.

I think instead of directly telling her you can normally talk about fashion, clothing and accessory. As all know, no outfit looks good without accessory, so you can discuss with her that accessories like sunglasses, belts and more looks good every outfit you wear. This way you won't be hurting her. Share with her online websites like www.citysunglass.com/ and more that are related to fashion and clothing.
