Im running windows 7 with avg as my virus protection....It works in the first part of the game ...then with the battle with the creature in the hospital section i try to shoot the revolver and all i manage to do is eject the bullets when i try to fire and the other characters just stand there after the creature is dead...any ideas whats wrong?...Id like to use this trainer

Try toggling off Sneak mode. And if memory serves, you also have to be selective where you use EZ Kills. Like somebody you're trying to protect keeps dying or something like that and EZ Kills are the reason.

I'm having a similar problem, I'm running on windows 10 and my antivirus was panda but it ran out a short time ago, I'm only using numpad 0,1,2,3,7&9 but none of them are working, this is the original store bought version I'm playing btw,I can hear the "Activated" sound when I hit F1 and my game's not crashing when I activate cheats, its simply not working, please help!!

They want us to use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. That can be found here:

Do you have the Redux version? If so, that is a separate trainer.

I've tried the patch 1,2 and the redux versions of trainers to no avail Pwis

no idea then. something is either blocking it or your version doesn't match. you can upload your exe for comparison if you want.

Ok, if I can't get the trainer working, I guess I'll have to try altering a game save, though I'm not terribly sure how to alter a game save on windows 10, in fact I haven't altered a game save since half life 2 came out and that was on XP, so can someone please help me, I know its on my D: drive somewhere cause that's where I install all my games, but beyond there I'm pretty much lost, these are the instructions I found.

God Mode and Infinite Ammo

Alter game files at your own risk and always make backups. Navigate to the game folder, find the user.cfg file and open it in a text editor. Change the following lines and save cahnges for the desired effect.

Change g_global_god off to g_global_god on
and change g_god off to g_god on for God Mode

Change g_unlimitedammo off to g_unlimitedammo on for unlimited ammo
