Did you buy the majority of your Ubi games from Steam or directly from UP?
Are you having the problems with the UP client missing achievements and not doing saves in some games?
It's really bummed me out. I don't forsee a solution coming from UP other than the uninstall and reinstall the client software and from all I've read that looks like about a 50-50 success at best.
The first reply I got was to make sure I have a good internet connection and to remove any router if I'm using one then connect the PC directly. Seriously folks. That's what they said.
