Can anybody confirm that you cannot romance both Triss and Yennefer? Can we romance other girls(from brothels) and still end up with Yennefer?

From what I've read on walkthroughs and forums, you can romance them both a bit at first, but instead of having the 2nd time with Yennefer both girls play you as a revenge and dump you.

And getting it on with the courtesans doesn't affect the normal romance options.

You can romance both but the outcome is bad , although hilarious. If you want a romance with Yen then you can't tell Triss you love her. The various other sex options other than Triss and Yen have no effect at all on the romance subplot.

Is it possible to bang Triss without telling her that you love her?

Nope, the snogging scene is only after confessing your love at the end of her questline in Novigrad. So if you also wanted to nail Yen after Triss and not end up getting dumped by both you may have to wait till someone's identified the booleans for their relationship status so you could manually edit them.

Isn't this what second play throughs are for.

You can be cozy with Merigold all you want, you just have to be careful at which option you chose at the boat scene. Choosing the wrong one will 'lock' the relationship with her. You can still pursue one with Yennefer but the ending is bad if you do it.

I hope the next Witcher 4 will be FEMALE this time, geezz.. I would love to play as Ciri more. Anyone else agree?
