Hey so for some of the trainers like torchlight 2 in this particular instance i only get the read me file when i open the download i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i might be doing wrong

I dloaded the file and it's ok. It's probably your anti-virus app blocking it. You have to make sure the AV and firewall are disabled completely or you make exceptions for it.

Real time scanning might be removing the trainer. Don't forget, there's more information in the Troubleshooting Guide here:
