Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

I did all that you suggested, and got the same result. I did notice that even though the feature says that it activated, it actually doesn't. The crafting requirements are still in place.
My only option is to run the game in "Creative Mode" in order to build. Little bit of a pain as it limits spawning, but it will have to due.

It tells you what your problem is and the instruction for this cheat is also clear. open your inventory FIRST, wait a second or two and THEN activate the option.

The game was just recently patched yesterday, 2/9. I played a fair bit with the current trainer. With what the few selections I made. The the Trainer still works great. Was wondering if the trainer will be updated to reflect the new patch. The current patch out now is 363.11.
