Yup same here, the update has made the trainer outdated sadly (although no reload made my game black screen instead of crash).

this lame game is patching several times a day again, after their whatever DLC they put out
going to let this dog sit a day or so while they figure out how they screwed up further this already screwed up game

Thanks for the updated Trainer Caliber, the only issue I see is when I do the Unlimited health option it makes the red skull cops not die at all....

trainer made the red skull enemies invincible in survival mode, disabling god mode will still made them invincible

I keep getting a fatal error when loading the trainers options since todays patch.
EDIT: It seems like it's option 4, unlimited grenades causing the crashing.
