Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,
I tried to open Cheathappens webpage as normal but this evening to login at approx. 23.15GMT but my Bullguard Internet Security blocked the site saying that it was high risk. Has there been a problem with the site or what ?
I would be glad of some info if possible.

(ps I've had to login using wifes laptop)

Contact them and tell them that it's safe. No idea why they randomly started blocking us.

You could also point them to www.virustotal.com where CheatHappens is 0/63 meaning none of 63 other scanners have found CH dangerous in any way.

According to Virustotal.com there is 1 out of 63 which says its a malicious website : Quttera

Further information shows that Quttera says that there is a file that links to a blacklisted website::

Yeah and I probably triggered that. I went to Virustotal yesterday and saw that Quttera had CH listed as a "Suspicious Site" so I went to Quttera and ran a scan. It dloaded and scanned over 300 files it said were ok but there was that one file or link it said contained Malware.

First of all I think CH is great. I have used it for years.
I've been onto Bullguard and they are not going to change their minds about blocking CH website. The reason I was given was (and I quote) "The website in question is being blocked due to numerous reports as being a malicious website & it instructs you on how to cheat and hack games, which is illegal" I even explained that all my games are bought and paid for and that I only use trainers or hacks in offline gaming. They still won't change their minds I'm very annoyed that I can't do what I wish with my own games, because that is basically their argument to not use CH or the like.
Does anyone else have some thoughts?

Ask for a refund and never use their product again.
