I just reinstalled the game and started it new, no old savegames involved. I activated the Trainer after it loaded, not at the start screen, i had num1 num2 and num3 enabled...still crashes after a few seconds. -

Not sure if there would be any difference between GOG and Steam versions of the game in terms of trainer compatibility/crashing, but we'll see , I guess. I just found that the game became close to unplayable with the number of crashes I encountered since the last trainer I used in early 2025.
Funny thing is, is that I played the game at least a couple of times thru using the much older/pre-aurora trainer versions, (like 2018 vintage) and I never had any crash problems with it.... so go figure.... -

I had the same issue with the game crashing when activating or soon after using the trainer.
I've found a workround that works ok for me. Before quitting the game turn off all the options that are turned on and close the trainer. Now save the game and quit. Next time you start the game it doesn't crash when using the trainer.
{Edit} Forgot to mention don't activate the trainer until you are properly in the game where you have control of the Witcher.

What crashing issue? I've tested the trainer for an hour or so and nothing crashed for me.

What crashing issue? I've tested the trainer for an hour or so and nothing crashed for me.
I don't really know honestly. I just saw a few posts above mine mention that Trainer closes shortly upon launching. Not sure if standalone or through Aurora...
