Thanks for the quick reply I'll just wait to see if a trainer for the next gen patch on Auroa if not I will just use cheathappens. I'm not going to use a spyware infested OS just to play one game. If I find the problem I will report back, Is there a debug mode I can enable to see what might be the problem also can this be due to ecc memory?

Instead of deleting various "curious" apps you could just block them from access to the net.

I have not had any real problems with apps doing that...just mute em', no need to snuff em'.. i have reinstalled my OS so many times over the years cuz i removed or changed some stuff in places they dont' want you to look at or mess around with..and most of the time it made my OS unstable or stuff just stopped working as it should. never had any problems if i just stop em from calling hope to report.
Some Websites will block you if you block there ads, popups, tracking cookies and other junk they try to force on you.... but mostly is 2. grade sites.. and since the web is a big place you can fairly easy find whatever info/data you need on a multitude of sites.

Just remember to let trusted stuff access what it need to... But its really hard to keep your system perfectly clean.... if you want to breathe, ... you WILL get a taste of the ugly things that are in the air. 😑

If your referring to Microsoft and its telemetry its not as simple as just blocking it through the firewall or through the host file. Sometimes Windows will ignore it or just use another IP the only way to disable it is to completely disable it from running by sometimes removing dll's and with registry. On a stock installation with my customization, I go from 133 processes to 60 to 77 from 2GB's to 800MB's of memory usage from 20 or more random connections that never disconnects to 0 From Microsoft ignoring me when I disable the automatic updates and randomly turning it on to it failed to start and only updating to the latest security updates on my terms. I have used Windows AME for at least 2 years with no issues and have updated it for Windows 11 22H2 myself. And have used it through the years with cheathappens trainers but this is the first time with this particular version of trainer as this looks older than any other trainer I've ever used. I think there maybe another .net or framework for VB I'm missing that could be the problem. But might use COSMOS to create a new trainer.

ok.. sounds like you know what you are donig 🙂 Hope you will get it to worke... we all need to enjoy Witcher III ... and more so with the comming update..

On december, 14th, the next-gen update of the Witcher 3 will be released.
It includes gameplay changes (includind Netflix show elements), not only graphics improvements.
I guess a trainer update will be necessary.
Can we expect a brand new aurora version of the trainer? 😁

Agree. Game version has changed to 4.0. An update to the existing trainer is a must.

They'll get to it when they can, I'm sure the guys are well informed when the update come out...😏

Looks like the trainer might have an issue, put your findings in an update request so it can be looked into.

Just a heads up that posts with issues here and not update requests, don't get looked at. Help yourselves and others by putting in that update request if the trainer is running into issues.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
