I cannot confirm or reject this, and it's possible that many people have already posted about this, but if the trainer option works 99.9% of the time and has issues on level x with boss y with situation z, we won't be going back to try and isolate the game option further, sorry

The best solution is to make sure your unlimited health is on and working, then just don't use the option and kill the boss normally.

No stealth mechanics in this game, unless you mod it. Think it's called The Devil's Pit.

As CyPHeR369 mentioned, The Devil's Pit is a mod containing:

"Invisibility charm - A magical charm which renders its wearer invisible as long as he moves slowly."

But then luck run away: "The mod has been discontinued until further notice."
