First, u need to download the 2007 version of the new roster update here: Link

After, u need to download the pre-game Editor

Then, u just load the database in the program. U can change everything to coaching staff, player, scouting team, etc. The best way to max the players is to put 20 in every stats you can and max the potential to 200(dont put 20 in injury pronness or your players gonna be injured all the time).

After the change is done, just save the database. Then in the game, load the 2007 database, after 2 minute u gonna be able to make a new game and here you go .
