Glad i don't have to grind anymore or wait for save file edits to get everyone in breakdown.

How do you import it on PC?

Normally steam stores saved games in the folder with really long and random number values. I can't say for certain where in that folder it is, but if you have played the first state of decay and had a save game, i'm fairly certain when you go to start a game and then select import save you would be able to. That being said, if you don't own or don't have an old save of the original state of decay it might be possible to artificially create the folder and just insert a save file that someone shares into said folder and import it as such.

The save is found in your Steam directory at Steam/Userdata/[YOUR USER ID]/241540. There's a save for all three parts of the game.

It can be a bit finicky if you started multiple play throughs since it does not give you the option to pick the exact profile you want to carry over. Make sure that you load up the save you want to carry over as your default profile in the original game, otherwise it will just pick what ever you were playing last.

For me I had to delete all my other profiles because the game refused to import my save I wanted (Best Home Base, Mega resources, high level characters, all upgrades)after deleting the others it finally worked.
